Sustainable homes just launched in Bristol!

Date Posted

Don't miss out on our latest homes in Bristol - a collection of one and two bedroom apartments at Castle Park View. With 17 Shared Ownership homes just launched, they're already proving very popular.

Supporting Bristol Council's plans to build new homes sustainably in central locations, these apartments are heated by the nearby Castle Park Energy Centre. This is the biggest water source heat pump in the country! How does it work? The new water source heat pump will take water from the nearby floating harbour, extracts the heat and uses it to provide low-carbon heat and hot water for local businesses and residents.

Other sustainable design features include photovoltaic roof-mounted solar panels, cycle parking spaces, energy efficient light fittings and kitchen appliances, as well as diverting 99.9% of waste generated during the build from landfill.

Not to mention, you'll also have the beautiful Castle Park right on your doorstep.
