*Terms and Conditions
1. Available on new staircasing applications received between 1 September 2025 and 5.00pm on 31 November 2025.
2. Legal completion must take place within 3 months of valuation. If a new valuation is required, this is at the cost of the customer.
3. Offer is for Abri to instruct a valuation worth up to £300 with one of our preferred suppliers.
4. Available on staircasing instructions only, if customer withdraws from the process, they are liable to cover the cost of the valuation. The offer is subject to Abri accepting the application. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5. Customers own legal and administration costs apply. Additional costs such as LPE1 pack may be payable to Abri (if applicable).
6. Following withdrawal or termination of any offer, we reserve the right to extend, reintroduce or amend any such offer as we see fit at any time.
7. Affordability and eligibility criteria apply, Purchase share values will be determined based upon applicant’s individual financial circumstances, in line with Homes England guidelines and the terms of the lease.
